Roya Academy is an online academic institution that provides a knowledge base in Islamic studies and the humanities, along with thinking and influence skills, taught by leading specialists from across the Muslim world. Its goal is to enrich the minds of today’s Muslims with diverse knowledge and to develop their skills, so they can contribute to the advancement of their societies.

The Academy’s content is designed for:

• Researchers and postgraduate students.
• Students of Islamic sciences and preachers.
• Anyone who wants to build a structured general knowledge.

The Academy’s website has two main tracks:

Track one: Academic content

This is the main track and holds the Academy’s core content: diplomas and courses. A diploma is made up of several courses, and each course holds the academic content: video lessons taught by an expert instructor approved by the Academy, along with unit quizzes, a final exam and a certificate of completion.

Students benefit from this track by enrolling in the courses that suit them, completing them and earning their certificates. To earn a diploma certificate, enroll in the diploma and complete all its courses; the diploma certificate is then issued automatically.

Track two: Cultural content

This includes a collection of lectures, articles, books and research papers curated by the platform.

You need an account, created with your email address, to enroll in any course. To create one:

1. Click “Sign up” at the top of the website.
2. Fill in your details on the sign-up page. Make sure your name is written exactly as you want it to appear on your certificates, and that your email address is correct. Then submit the form.
3. Open your email, find the message sent by the website, and click the confirmation link in it.
4. After you click the confirmation link, the website takes you to your profile page, and your registration is complete.

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, message us on WhatsApp or by email at info@roya-academy.com.

Use the password reset link on the sign-in page, enter your email address, then open the link you receive and choose a new password.

Click “Materials” in the top menu to open the courses page and browse all available courses. When you choose a course, the website takes you to its page, where you can enroll.

Note: You must sign in to your account before enrolling in a course.

Go to the Diplomas section of the website and choose the diploma you want. Many diplomas run in cohorts that go through three stages: registration, study and closure. Each diploma’s page shows its current stage and any admission requirements.

Learning starts once you enroll in a course. The course page has two main sections:

• Lesson area: shows the video, the quiz questions or the exam.
• Course outline: lists the units, lessons, quizzes and the exam.

Videos

• Recorded lessons with the academic content, presented by the course instructor to the Academy’s students.
• You can only move from one video to the next in the order shown in the course outline, where you can also see the order of lessons, quizzes and the exam.

Unit quizzes

• Questions at the end of each unit that measure how much you have learned.
• Quizzes do not count toward your passing grade.
• You can move on to the next unit as soon as you answer at least one question correctly.
• You can retake quizzes as many times as you like.

Final exam

• A test at the end of the course; the course certificate is awarded only after you pass it.
• The passing grade is 60%, and you must reach it to receive the certificate.
• The final exam result is the grade shown on the course certificate.
• You can retake the final exam only 4 times.

If you use up your final exam attempts in any course, or want additional attempts, contact the technical team on WhatsApp and submit a request.

Note: New attempts can only be granted after your progress in the course is fully reset, so you will need to watch the course again before the exam.

The Academy offers two types of electronic certificates, both issued automatically:

• Course Completion Certificate: awarded when you finish a course and pass its final exam.
• Diploma Completion Certificate: awarded when you complete a diploma by finishing all its courses and passing their exams.

The grade on course and diploma certificates is the final result. On a course certificate, the grade shown is your final exam score; unit quizzes are not included.

Once you complete a course, a certificate button appears on its page, and likewise on the diploma’s page once you complete the diploma. Click the button to open the certificate as a PDF, then save it to your device or print it.

Message us on WhatsApp or by email at info@roya-academy.com with your name exactly as you want it to appear, and the certificate number printed at the bottom of the certificate.

Every certificate issued by the Academy has a unique number printed at the bottom, next to the Arabic label «رمز الشهادة» (certificate code). To verify a certificate, open the “Certificate Verification” page, enter the number exactly as shown and click “Search”. If the Academy issued the certificate, it will be displayed.

Sign in to your account, open the “Certificate Verification” page, enter your certificate number, open the certificate and use the share buttons next to it. Anyone who opens the link you share will see a verified copy of your certificate.

Roya Academy is a private, licensed educational institution in Türkiye. It does not have the official recognition held by public universities and academies.

Fees for the Academy’s academic content vary according to specific criteria: some content is completely free, while symbolic fees may apply to some courses or diploma certificates.

No. Under the Academy’s policy, all sales are final, and purchased services cannot be exchanged or refunded. For details, see the “Shipping and Returns” and “Distance Sales Contract” pages.
